We prioritize education and honing our craft. We also encourage each other to stay inspired and reach new goals. It’s what makes us the best at what we do.

We maintain this through monthly workshops, classes, and quarterly meet ups. Workshops are always paid and held on a Monday or Tuesday. Classes and meetings are aways scheduled in advanced so there are no surprises. Our quarterly meet ups help us set goals and stick with a game plan on achieving them.

Benefits

  • We offer 3 PTO days to use during your first year. Days reset with an additional day added on the anniversary of your first day with Alchemy Hair Studio.

  • We calculate prices using several different factors, including demand and retention. to determine what is appropriate for each stylist’s services. Prices are discussed biannually, allowing each stylist to have the potential to increase prices on services that align with their growth.

  • We believe in a work life balance. Regardless if you are new in the industry or seasoned, you deserve a flexible schedule.

  • We have a starting commission rate of 40% with a max of 55% with 10% commission for product sales. Similarly to prices, determined by KPIs, demand and retention. Rates are discussed quarterly, allowing for quarterly increases.

  • Members receive 21 days to use for vacation so you can balance your work and personal life.

  • We value education and the pursuit of knowledge. We believe it is vital to staying inspired and to have continual growth. We provide quality education to our team on a regular basis. We welcome educators into the salon and allow members of our team to share their expertise to each other.

  • We offer days not included in vacation or paid time off for you to take time to care for your mental and physical health.

  • If you share a passion for mentorship, we provide the opportunity to guide younger stylists. This is an optional chance to guide freshly graduated students through a learning program that evolves them into balanced stylists. We also provide additional teaching opportunities

  • Olivia, our salon owner with 12 years of experience in this industry, is available any time to help guide you through building your clientele, client retention, timing, techniques, marketing strategies, and any other questions about your career. She will conduct 1-1 conversations and has an open door policy you can take advantage of any time. We are here to help you grow. All questions and suggestions are welcomed!

  • We proudly use Aveda. Products can be purchased at wholesale price. All services offered are free after business hours or when both stylists are off work.
