We understand going to a new salon can be kind of intimidating, especially when you aren’t sure what to expect. We’re going to share with you some additional information so you can feel comfortable during your first visit with us.

Communication
Email/Text Notifications
You’ll receive a email/text reminding you of your visit 4 days before your appointment and you will be asked to confirm your visit 2 days prior to your visit.
If you need to reschedule, you will be given an option to request a reschedule at the time you are being asked to confirm your visit. We will reach out to you to schedule a new time for your visit.

If you need to reach us sooner, you can text our salon’s phone at 662-350-0606. One of our stylists will respond back to you within a couple of hours Tuesday - Saturday between 9-5.
Before & After your visit
Your Hair
We like to see your hair how you normally wear it! Seeing your hair how you normally style it helps us determine the best methods and techniques to use on your hair.
Photography
We like to take pictures of your beautiful hair! We also like to take videos of process. Please let us know if you are not comfortable with your face being on camera and we will be happy to make accommodations! We will always ask for permission first.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash are accepted.
Policies
Additional Guests
Our space is cozy, so we ask that if you need to bring someone with you, please limit it to one person. They will be able to hang out in our lounge area during your visit.
Most of our guests are here to relax and most of our services are also lengthy, so we ask that you please schedule a time with us when you will be able to arrange child care outside of the salon. We understand that things happen and are happy to reschedule your visit if needed.
Cancellation/Reschedules
To provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, 24 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment, will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to approximately 50% of the service price. We understand that life happens, this fee is waived at the stylist’s discretion.
Running Late
If you are running late, please let us know by texting 662-350-0606 . Your service will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we may need to be reschedule and Cancellation Fees will apply.
Adjustments
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you feel that you are having challenges with your cut, color, or extensions, contact us within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct any reasonable issue at no additional charge.
Product Exchange
Should you make a product purchase you are unsatisfied with, then we would love to find something better for you! Notify us within 7 days of your purchase and we will be happy to exchange your products at full credit.
