Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for services. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 3-4 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen. Due to high demand, please understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if you do cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you may be required to pay a cancelation fee before booking a new appointment.
