Extension Policies

Please read through all our extension policies before scheduling your consultation. All policies will be reviewed during consultation.

As certified extension specialists, quality is a top priority to us. We will only install hair that we can guarantee to be the best quality to our guests.

The hair extensions we use are a retail product and inventory is stocked by the stylist. Your desired look may require wefts from different bundles, the same way your custom color is sometimes created using combination of different colors. Ordering hair bundles will be done by the stylist, as is color, products, etc. To ensure quality, we will not use extensions we did not personally order.

A consultation is required to receive extension services. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointment. Deposit amount varies and is based off amount of hair needed to be ordered.

A contract will be required to ensure guest and stylist are in agreement on services to be rendered, maintenance schedule, and to acknowledge a proper at home care routine.

Extension serviced can be performed at time of routine hair color maintenance and are priced separately.

There will be a 7 day grace period, as outlined in the contract, that the guest is responsible for contacting the salon about any discomfort or adjustments that need to be made. After the grace period, a fee will be applied. After 3 weeks, any adjustments on extensions will be treated and charged as a maintenance appointments.

All extension packages are based on an average install and price may vary if your hair requires extra to achieve desired look.
